“Great location, I believe the staff does their best and is very kind. However the rooms are slightly smaller than other Roman hotels. The walls are also extremely thin. Every noise and even conversations in a normal tone carry. I definitely would not recommend staying more than 1 or 2 nights here but the hotel is good if you want to be near Termini. I was also asked to switch rooms after one night. It was frustrating but I believe the snafu was no fault of the hotel- I believe some keys got mixed up in several after hours check ins the night I arrived. I think it’s also worth mentioning that there are several hotels in different floors of this building and at least two are the same one/staff- this one as well as on online booking sites as “anacapri””
